All types of arrears(PRC,IR,DA, Medical allowance, Sumptuary allowance etc.) credited to CSS amounts are to be cleared as was done in case of Da arrears as per G.O No. 22 dt 22-01-2013

90% CSS arrears of IR & PRC also included(Memo. No. 4966 Dt.23-4-2013)

Government  hereby order that, the arrears of Interim

Relief and arrears of PRC-2010, which were credited to the Contributory

Pension Scheme, are also to be cleared, as in the case of DA arrears

cited in G.O. No 22. Dt 22-01-2013

Out of DA arrears drawn and credited to the CSS account earlier in
respect of the employees covered under the New Pension System,
 90% shall be paid in cash to the employees concerned and balance 10%
shall be credited to CPS head of account along with Government
contribution . Interest on the amount outstanding in CSS account of each employee
till such adjustment, shall be calculated @ 8% for actual period of
such deposit ..

Govt. Memo No 2557/131/A2/Pension-I/2012  Dt.20.02.2013 . to deduct CPS arrears - if not deducted earlier
Arrears of subscription to the Contributory Pension Scheme from the date of joining in the Government service shall be deducted from the employees concerned and may be credited to their respective CPS accounts. The Drawing and Disbursing Officer concerned shall take necessary action for deduction of the arrears of subscription to the CPS from the employees concerned and transfer the amounts along with the Government contribution to the CPS accounts
