Catgory points : Cat -IV= 5Pts ;Cat III = 3Pts ;Cat II= 2pts, Cat I = 1 Pt. *
For the Service rendered: 0.5 point for every year of completed service in the
total service in all categories as on 1st July of the year.
* Extra Points apart from Category Points ;Unmarried Women 10Points Rationaized affected Tchrs 10Pts
*Spouse 10points (Once in 8yrs)
MInus Points!! *For irregular attendance/ unauthorised absence, for not completing
syllabus 10 Points from total will be deducted
