నాకు తెలుసు - అతను చాలా నేర్చుకోవాలి. మనుషులంతా దయామయులు, నిజాయితీపరులు కారని అతను గ్రహించాలి. అదే సమయంలో లోకంలో దుర్మార్గులతో పాటు మంచివాళ్ళు ఉంటారనీ, స్వార్ధ రాజకీయవాదులతో పాటు, ప్రజల కోసం అంకితభావంతో పనిచేసే నేతలూ ఉంటారని అతనికి తెలియజేయండి. శత్రువులతో పాటు మిత్రులు ఉంటారన్న విషయం అతడికి నేర్పండి.
నాకు తెలుసు - అతను నేర్చుకోడానికి ఇంకా సమయం పడుతుంది. కాని ఆయాచితంగా లభించిన ఐదు డాలర్ల కన్నా, కష్టపడి సంపాదించిన ఒకే ఒక్క డాలరు ఎంతో విలువైనదని అతడు గ్రహించేలా చూడండి. అతనిని ఓటమిని తెలుసుకోనివ్వండి. గెలుపుని ఆనందించడం నేర్పండి. అసూయకు అతడిని దూరంగా ఉంచండి. నేర్పగలిగితే, స్వచ్చమైన నవ్వులోని రహస్యాన్ని అతడికి నేర్పండి. అలాగే పుస్తకాలు చేసే అద్భుతాల గురించి అతడికి చెప్పండి. ప్రకృతిని ,. ముఖ్యంగా నీలాకాశంలోని పక్షులను, తేనెటీగలను,పర్వతాలలోని పచ్చని దారులలోని పూలని ,ఆస్వాదించేందుకు అతడికి తగిన సమయమివ్వండి. మోసం చేయడం కన్నా, విఫలమవడంలోనే ఎంతో గౌరవం ఉందని అతడికి బడిలో నేర్పండి. ఇతరులు ఎందరో తప్పు అన్నప్పటికీ, తన స్వంత భావాలపై నమ్మకం ఉంచుకోమని చెప్పండి. అతను సౌమ్యులతో సౌమ్యంగానూ, కఠినాత్ములతో ధృడంగాను వ్యవహరించేటట్లు చూడండి.

 కేవలం స్వప్రయోజనం కోసమే ఒకరితో ఒకరు కలిసే మనుషులను అనుసరించకుండా, వారికి దూరంగా ఉండగలిగే స్థైర్యాన్ని మా అబ్బాయికి ఇవ్వండి. ఇతరులు చెప్పేవాన్నీ విని, వాస్తవం అనే చిక్కంలో వడపోసి, వాటిలోని మంచిని మాత్రమే గ్రహించడం అతడికి నేర్పండి. మీకు వీలైతే బాధలలోను అతడు నవ్వగలిగేలా చూడండి. అయితే కన్నీరు కార్చడంలో సిగ్గుపడాల్సిన అవసరం లేదని అతడికి నేర్పండి.

నిత్యశంకితులను తిరస్కరించడం అతనికి నేర్పండి. అలాగే అతి మంచితనం
 పట్ల అతడిని అప్రమత్తం చేయండి. తన కష్టానికి, తెలివికి సరైన గౌరవం ఇచ్చే చోట పనిచేయడం అతడికి నేర్పండి. కాని అతను తన హృదయానికి, ఆత్మకి వెలకట్టకుండా చూడండి. అల్లరి మూకల ప్రేలాపనలని పట్టించుకోకుండా, ఎదురొడ్డి పోరడడం అతనికి నేర్పండి. 

అతనితో మృదువుగా వ్యవహరించండి. కాని గారాబం చేయవద్దు. ఎందుకంటే బాగా కాలితేనే ఇనుము మెత్తనవుతుంది. అతడిని ధైర్యంతోను, సహనంతోను మెలగనివ్వండి. నిరంతరం తనపై తను గొప్ప విశ్వాసం అలవర్చుకోడం అతనికి నేర్పండి. అప్పుదే అతనికి మానవ జాతిపై విశ్వాసం కలుగుతుంది. వీటన్నింటిలోను మీరు నేర్పగలిగినవి ఆ పసివాడికి నేర్పండి”.

SUPREME COURT       empowers voters, gives them option to reject all the  candidates 
      In a landmark judgement, the Supreme Court on 27-09-2013 directed the Election Commission to provide voters right to reject all candidates in elections by using 'none of the above' option available for voting.
The Election Commission  said it would straight away implement the Supreme Court judgment directing it to provide a "None of the Above" button on electronic voting machines (EVMs). The button can be pressed by a voter to reject all the candidates in a poll in case he finds them unsuitable.

CBDT Says – Salaried persons earning up to Rs 5 lakh annually also have to file income tax returns this year – FY 2012-13

Unlike the past two years, salaried persons earning up to Rs 5 lakh annually will have to file income tax returns, Central Board of Direct Taxes (CBDT) said on Monday.
The CBDT had exempted salaried employees having total income of up to Rs 5 lakh including income from other sources upto Rs 10,000 from the requirement of filing income tax return for assessment year 2011-12 and 2012-13, respectively.
“The exemption was available only for the assessment years 2011-12 and 2012-13…the exemption provided during the last two years is not being extended for assessment year 2013-14,” the CBDT said in a statement.
Earlier in May, the CBDT had made E-filing of income tax return compulsory for assessment year 2013-14 for persons having total assessable income exceeding Rs 5 lakh.
The CBDT said the exemption was given considering paper filing of returns and their processing through manual entry on system.
It said the exemption has been not been extended as the facility for online filing of returns has been made “user-friendly with the advantage of pre-filled return forms”.

Deduction of Half-day Basic pay for CM Relief Fund in July,2013 Salaries
All Drawing and Disbursing Officers of all Heads of the Departments in the State are hereby directed to deduct Half-day’s basic pay from the salary of all Employees of Andhra Pradesh towards contribution to the Chief  Minister’s Relief Fund from the salary of July, 2013 payable in the month of August, 2013 for Utilizing the same for the welfare of Uttarakhand flood affected people.  The amount so deducted shall be credited to the Chief Minister’s Relief Fund under the following head of account by way of separate schedules  by attaching separate schedules to the pay bills.
