Collection of donations for CMRF & AP State Capital Development Fund under the Head -CMRF-Orders-Issued(G.O.No.201 Dt 18-10-2014)

The Government  permitted all the banks in the State which are collecting revenue to the State Government to mobilise donations  for Andhra Pradesh State New Capital Development (APSNCD) Fund, as well as for Relief to the Cyclone Victims, under the head, Chief Minister Relief Fund. .
                           The donor will get a receipt immediately on making payment through the net -banking. He    will also get  an acknowledgement/ letter of thanks  immediately on payment of the donation. The donor will get an Official Receipt from Revenue Department which can be used for Income Tax exemption purpose.

Bakrid Holiday in AP on 06-10-2014 instead of 05-10-2014. G.O No 3337, Dt 02-10-2014.
On recommendation of  Andhra Pradesh State Wakf Board, Hyderabad  the Government hereby declare 06.10.2014 (Monday) as General Holiday on the occasion of Bakrid instead of 05.10.2014 (Sunday), and 14.10.2014 (Tuesday) as Optionial Holiday on the occasion of Eid- E-Gadeer instead of 13.10.2014 (Monday) declared earlier.

Dasara Holidays from 26th Sept to 5th Oct 2014
The Commissioner and Director of School Education has issued proceedings Rc No:141 Dt: 20-09-2014 declaring  DASARA Holidays to Primary, Upper and High School in the AP State for the academic year 2014-15. from 26.09.2014 to 05.10.2014. The schools  reopen on 06.10.2014 . Quarterly Examinations commence from 07-10-2014

* AP: JAC decided to give 2 days basic pay to CMRF towards Hudhud cyclone relief from Nov,2014 salary payable on 1st, Dec,2014.

* APPSC Departmental Tests, scheduled from 14-19th October, 2014 have been postponed. ▶Further schedule will be announced later.

* 'Hudhud'is the name of a bird. It is also the Isreal's National bird . This name has been given to the recent cyclone(which crossed the coast at Vizag on 12-10-2014) by the country OMAN.

* New DA arrear 77.896% option inserted in treasury website. DA arrears should be claimed before submission of regular bills for Oct,2014

*APPSC departmental Tests Hall Tickets can be downloaded from 07-10-2014. Exams sheduled to start from 14-10-2014 are now postponed.

Lifting of Ban on General Transfers extended upto 10-10-2014(G.O.No. 186 Dt.05-09-2014)

Ban lifted on General Transfers vide G.O.No 175 (Fin DCM-II Dept.), Dt.19-08-2014

i) The departments are free to transfer all executive functionaries.
ii) Those Ministerial staff who have completed 3 years at a Station be transferred. Station means place (City, Town, and Village) of actual working for the purpose of transfers and not office or institution.
iii) Secretariat staff are excluded from the above.
iv) The transfers of Teachers be done by following the method of counselling.
v) The process of transfers shall be completed by 30th September.
vi) Separate guidelines will be issued by the Medical &Health Department, Collegiate Education Department and Intermediate Education Department in case of transfer of specialist Doctors and Lecturers.
vii) The ban on transfers will come into force with effect from 1st October,2014.

* This Act may be called the Andhra Pradesh Public Employment  (Regulation of Age of Superannuation) (Amendment) Act, 2014.  

 *  It shall be deemed to have come into force on the 2nd June, 2014.

 *  Every Government employee shall  retire from service on the afternoon of the last day of the month in which he attains the age of sixty years.
