One day Salary of 1st June, 2014 to be paid early on 24-05-2014 along with May,2014 salary(G.O. No.95 Dt. 06-05-2014) 
Government  decided to pay one day salary to the State Government employees for 01.06.2014 along with the salary of May, 2014 i.e. on 24.05.2014 except those who are retiring on superannuation in the month of May, 2014 in view of the Public Holiday on 01.06.2014 and also in view of appointed date being 2nd June, 2014


Advance Payment of May, 2014 salaries on 24-04-2014 (G.O.No.78, Dt.07/04/2014)
The Government  hereby decided to pay the Salaries to the  State Government  Employees and Pensions to the Pensioners for the month of May 2014 on 24.05.2014 instead of 02.06.2014 in view of the Public  Holiday  on 01.06.2014 and also in view of appointed date being 2ndJune 2014 for formation of Telangana State

Imp. Points :
1. IT should be deducted monthly, not in last few months.
2. Deductions  u/s 8DDB for medical treatments cannot be taken into account by DDOs.
3. Employees drawing HRA below Rs.3000 pm need not produce Rent Receipt.
4. DDOs should satisfy themselves regarding the employees's subscriptions towards PPF ,LIC, Specified Bonds certain Donations u/s 80G etc.

Model Proforma for employees for online Data Entry by DDOs

G.O.Ms.No 334, Dt.13/12/2013 (online data entry through web-based application for issue of Health cards by all DDOs)
 The Government hereby direct all the Drawing and Disbursing Officers (DDO) in the state to furnish the data relating to all employees through web-based application by logging in to the Finance Department portal at “https://fdp.cgg.gov.in” by using their existing log-in ID  (DDO code) issued by the Director of Treasuries and Accounts (DTA) using the default password “dataentry”. The detailed instructions are given in the annexure to this order. 

The Government hereby instructs that the pay and allowances for the month of January 2014 of the employees who fail to submit their data to the DDOs by December 24th 2013 and the pay and allowances of DDOs who fail to upload the data by January 5th 2014, will be claimed only after they submit their data.
