Child Care Leave for 2 months for women employees: G.O MS.No 132, Dt 06/07/2016

Child Care leave of two months can be sanctioned in not less than 3 spells to look after two children up to the age of 18 years and with disabled children up to 22 years.This Leave may be sanctioned in continuation with maternity leave or any other leave other than CL  and SCL.This leave account  shall be maintained in the prescribed proforma enclosed and it shall be kept along with the Service Book of the Government servant concerned. The leave shall be deducted from the Child Care Leave Account. 
HMs should maintain " MDM TASTING REGISTER " in prescribed format (RC No. 142/MDM/2015 Dt. 05-12-2016.

Add or Edit the missing details in Aadhar Number, Father Name, Mother Name, Mobile Number and select yes/no from drop down for is parent part of school management committee.

Also if you didn't find any Student name in the list click "add new child" and enter all the details.

Click on Details Updated button below.

Similar to Parent Mobile follow the process but ensure that if the mobile number field is not editable don't enter that teacher details again by clicking "add new teacher"
