A standing G.O. clarifying on prefix /suffix of holidays. A teacher can be sanctioned earned leave for absence on last working day or on reopening day for summer vacation. Similarly, any eligible leave (other then CL)can be sanctioned with regard to terminal holidays exceeding 14 days.
